3fivetwo Training Academy is offering a great opportunity to anyone who would like to gain the skills and knowledge to better equip themselves in caring or supporting a loved one with dementia.

Supported by Dementia Together NI, we have worked closely with an expert in the field of dementia to create a programme which consists of 6 modules delivered over 2 hour workshops.  The programme is free to attend and the themes covered will help you to manage and cope as the dementia progresses.  It will also enable you to meet with other people in a similar situation and you will be given a handbook to store up to date resources, leaflets and local information to assist you in supporting yourself and the person you care for or support.

Themes include:
 What is Dementia?
 Legal and Financial issues
 Learning to Manage
 Communication and dealing with challenging behaviours
 Health and Well being
 Local support services
